School Improvement Plan

As part of our continual self-assessment we prioritise areas that the school needs to develop in order to ensure the best outcomes for all our children.

The rationale behind our School Improvement Planning is one where there is one clear goal and the use of different, interlinked, strategies in order for us achieve this.

The holistic needs of all the children at The Oaks are at the heart of everything with do at our school and we have encompassed this in our one clear goal - “Highly effective Teaching and Learning enables excellent attainment for all children”.

In order to help us achieve this goal our strategies have measurable success criteria, actions and milestones which are reviewed every half term and adapted when appropriate.
