School Meals
Below is our current menu available from Caterlink and information on provision for children with allergies.
Meals cost £3.15 per day.
Please use your School Gateway to book meals and make online payments with a debit or credit card any time 24-7, via smartphone app or website.
Meals must be booked in advance for both free and paid meals by 8am on the day the meal is requires. There is no charge for Universal Infant or Free School meals (please see below how to apply if you think you may be eligible), on confirmation of order in the School Gateway app it will show a zero balance.
Meals can be booked in advance for a six week period and bookings amended/ cancelled until cut off time at 8am each day.
If your child is absent please remember to cancel their meal or you may still be charged (for paid for meals).
Caterlink reserve the right to temporarily serve substitutions if your choice is unavailable, all items subject to availability.

Caterlink Survey
Caterlink are currently running a Parent/Guardian survey regarding the meal provision they provide. The survey will help Caterlink improve their service provided to our school and will be open until 31st July. Please click here or use the QR code to take part in the survey.
Free School Meals
Is my child eligible?
Free school meals in all West Sussex maintained and free schools and academies are available to pupils in receipt of, or whose parents are in receipt of, one or more of the following benefits:
- Universal Credit (provided you have an annual net earned income of no more than £7,400, as assessed by earnings from up to three of your most recent assessment periods)
- Income Support
- Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance
- Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
- Support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
- The guaranteed element of state Pension Credit
- Child Tax Credit (provided you're not also entitled to Working Tax Credit and have an annual gross income of no more £16,190)
- Working Tax Credit run-on - paid for four weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit.
