School Games Gold Mark Award 2024/25

We are delighted to announce that The Oaks Primary School & Nursery have, for the second year in a row, achieved the School Games Gold Mark Award for the 2024/25 academic year.

The School Games Mark is a Government-led award scheme launched in 2012, facilitated by the Youth Sport Trust to reward schools for their commitment to the devleopment of completition across their school and into the community, and we are delighted to have been recognised for our success.

Well done to everyone who took part in an event helping us to achieve this award and thank you to Mrs Howe for always championing sports events for the school and our children, and to all the parents and governors that helped out taking and collecting children to events enabling us to complete another record year of sporting activities.
